All rates are per night, three night minimum.
Two persons maximum per bedroom.

Payment and Cancellation Policies :
An initial 50% deposit is required within seven days of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept credit cards for this property. The balance of the rental fee and a refundable security deposit of 20% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full refunds, less a $500 facilitation fee, will be made only if we are able to re-rent the property for the exact same dates and number of bedrooms. For cancellations 60 days or less, total amount will be forfeited (unless property is rebooked.)
